Hollie Glover & Jaime Cobb, from James L. West will lead part 1 of this 4-part program that promotes healthy and independent aging by focusing on six areas that have shown to no only reduce your risk for developing dementia but increases cognitive health as we age. The six scientifically researched areas are: diet, exercise, sleep, stress, cognitive fitness and staying social. We will discuss the impact our choices make in these six areas of our cognitive health.
Parts 2, 3, & 4 will be presented on Wednesdays | October 9, 16 & 23 | 4:30 – 5:30 pm
