Dementia Friendly Fort Worth serves as a community connector, helping individuals, families, professionals, businesses, faith communities, and organizations access education, support, and resources. While we are not a medical provider or crisis response agency, we can help you navigate available services, connect you with trusted community partners, and identify the next best steps during challenging situations.

Our team can assist with information about dementia, caregiver support, community programs, educational opportunities, Dementia Friendly Business Certification, volunteer opportunities, and local resources. If you or someone you care about is experiencing an urgent medical or safety emergency, please call 911. For non-emergency situations involving dementia-related behaviors or caregiver concerns, we're happy to help connect you with appropriate community resources.
