Faces of Dementia
Dementia Friendly Fort Worth, works to improve the lives of individuals affected by dementia and their families by fostering understanding, support, and access to resources. Their Faces of Dementia event invites you to submit a photo and story honoring a loved one living with dementia for a chance to be featured in the Faces of Dementia Showcase.
About the Event:
A meaningful evening dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Dementia Friendly Fort Worth (DFFW), Celebrate stories of love, connection, and memory through a powerful photo showcase of photos and stories of people impacted by dementia.
